The different programmes or interventions are tailor made according to the needs of the client.
The following programmes are available:
Sensitisation training
The aim of sensitisation training is to enable health care service providers to understand the issues and challenges individuals within the field of sexual minorities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered people, men who have sex with men, and women who have sex with women experience. Our signature training is Binaries and Boxes (or Not!).
These are one to four day workshops and materials are included.

Wellbeing and creativity workshops
Tailor made workshops for adults to connect body, mind and soul, which include relationship enhancement workshops for couples. We use interventions such as Body Mapping to allow adults to nourish themselves and their relationships in creative and playful ways.
These are one to two day workshops, materials and refreshments included.
Consulting and research
We provide expert input on issues and challenges experienced by sexual minorities and qualitative studies through interviews.
Coaching and mentorship
Delene provides mentorship and coaching for young people entering and working in the LGBTI field, as to better equip them as leaders and healthy individuals in the field. She also trains other trainers to facilitate sensitisation training. Coaching takes place in both individual and group format.This intervention can be tailor made according to the need of the client.
Edutainment
Delene unpacks sexual stereotypes and myths in Pandora's se Doos, a comedy stage act for adults which uses storytelling and a good dose of humour. The show has run twice in Johannesburg and will be showing this Winter in Magoebaskloof.
This is a one and a half hour show.
Delene in Dialogue
Delene addresses contemporary issues around human sexuality and relationships in tailor made workshops, appearances and interviews. For example, in the Sex. Ed. 4 Adults workshop parents are given the opportunity to learn more about human sexuality and how to talk about sex with their kids, in an age appropriate way, without giving away too much information.
This is a one day workshop, refreshments and materials are included.
Delene also appears on television, radio and engages with print media.
